Barbara Allen

Mrs. Barbara Jane Aiken Allen, 84, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021. She was born August 11, 1937, in New York to the late James Arthur Aiken and Marion Elizabeth Dennison Aiken. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. Barbara enjoyed quilting, cooking, baking, and sewing. In addition, she had a hobby of writing to pen pals and making cards. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wesley D. Allen; and a son, James Davis. She is survived by her four children, Laura Allen (Jon), Janice Davis (Tim), William Davis (Barbara), Donna Sturdevant; five grandchildren, Kelley Wlasniewski, Erin Cline, Adam Butler, Karyssa Dodson, Phillip Butler; fourteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; and three sisters, Carol Bohne, Linda Leone, and Nancy Yergin. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
