Bambi Spaugh Meadows, 65, of Clemmons passed from this Earth into the arms of her Heavenly Father after a brief illness on January 12, 2021. Bambi was born on September 12, 1955, to Carl F. and Betty Spaugh, who preceded her in death. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Mike Meadows and their two children; Molli Falgout (Ty), Chase Meadows (Caitlin). Bambi adored and provided unconditional love and care for her three grandchildren: Ainsley Meadows, Harper Meadows, and Patton Falgout. Bambi is also survived by her two sisters; Debbie Flora (Steve) and Dawn Essick (Clay) and Tommy Woods, whom she loved like a brother. Bambi’s aunt, “Tece” (Martha Whicker) whom she loved like her mother. Bambi loved and cherished each one of her nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Bambi was a dedicated professional in the nursing field and always put her patients first. Her house was the gathering place for all family functions and the surviving family will ensure the legacy will continue. She loved to be the hands and feet of Jesus; whether serving food at the Bethesda Center, assisting with the Joy Prom or preparing food for those in need. Bambi’s top priority was teaching her grandchildren about Jesus and to be a kind, humble, successful Child of God. So in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a college fund for the three grandchildren. A GoFundMe page has been made so that the legacy and love of Bambi can continue. https://www.gofundme.com/f/ya-yas-grands-college-education-fund?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=p_cf+share-flow-1
