KING Mrs. Audrey Jean Browder Pegram, 75, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born in Forsyth County on February 4, 1935 to the late Brascom F. Browder and Rama Tuttle Browder. Mrs. Pegram was a member of Capella Church of Christ in Quaker Gap. She worked for Hanes Knitting for 15 years and then Fairchild Industries from which she retired with 28 years of service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Browder and Edward Browder. Mrs. Pegram is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Henry Edward ""Buddy"" Pegram of the home, two sons, Brian Keith Pegram and wife Becky and Michael Edward Pegram, five grandchildren, Samuel Brack Pegram, Barry Edward Pegram, Julia Beth Pegram, Jessica Ruth Pegram and Monica LeighAnn Pegram, one brother, Harold Dean Browder and wife Jane, a sister-in-law, Judie Browder and special friends Don and Betty Shouse. Funeral services for Mrs. Pegram will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Wayne Robertson, Minister and Ralph Sproles, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in Capella Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 this evening July 23, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
