Audrey Blizzard Moses

KERNERSVILLE-Audrey Evelyn Blizzard Moses, age 88 died April 23, 2014 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. She was born May 17, 1925 in Duplin County, NC to the late Ashley Roy and Tina Hill Blizzard.

Mrs. Moses was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Colfax, NC. She retired from Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools after many years as a cafeteria manager. Mrs. Moses loved to cook, garden, being outdoors as well as spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia B. Dixon and husband William; grandchildren John Brinson and wife Heidi, Matthew Brinson and wife Christy, Wendy Fitzpatrick and husband Tim, Patrick Brinson, Jeff Dixon and wife Shelly, Amanda Dixon; ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands John Brinson, Lemuel Moses and son Douglas Brinson.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 26, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Colfax, NC. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller, Kernersville Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 8934 W Market St Colfax, NC 27235.
