Audrey Littlejohn

Mrs. Audrey Lorraine Wheelock Littlejohn, 91, of Winston-Salem, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018. She was born March 10, 1926 in South Dakota, to the late Myrle Wayne Wheelock and Beatrice Ione McGee Wheelock. Mrs. Littlejohn was a member of Knollwood Baptist Church, and in her younger years, enjoyed painting, playing golf, and gardening. She loved her family and they meant the world to her, her other love was chocolate. Preceding her in death are her parents and a son, Dr. Thomas W. Littlejohn III. Surviving are two children, Roger W. Littlejohn and Elizabeth L. Payton (Chris) of Roaring Gap; a daughter-in-law, Magy Littlejohn; nine grandchildren: Myles Gordon (Ashley), Erin Gordon Wilson, Jeb Littlejohn, Ryan Littlejohn, Josh Littlejohn (Amanda), Will Littlejohn (Jenny), Anna Ashe (Shawn), Cali Rich (Woody), and Jonathan Wilson (Caryn); fourteen great-grandchildren; and three dear friends: Betty Richardson, Nancy Crawford, and Betty Sessions. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Arbor Acres for their loving care and support. A memorial service will be held in her honor 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Arbor Acres Piner Hall, officiated by Rev. Bert Sanders and Dr. Benny Littlejohn.
