Ardenia Ann Clodfelter Jones

Mrs. Ardenia Ann Clodfelter Jones, 87, of Simpsonville, SC, previously of Ardmore Manor, passed away at home on Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born on May 16, 1934 in Forsyth County to Mary Simmons Clodfelter and Hiram Clodfelter. She graduated from John Marshall High School and was employed by Western Electric. Ardenia was a member of Forsyth Park Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Violet Smith and Barbara Tarabay, and brothers, Billy Gray Clodfelter and Donald Clodfelter. Surviving family includes her husband of 70 years, Charles H. Jones; daughter, Deena Kane (Bill); and grandchildren, Kristin Kane Eller (Regie and son, Kabriel), Madison Kane, and Robert Kane, all of Simpsonville, SC. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Tom Southern officiating. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park.
