Antonio Pontillo

Mr. Antonio Pontillo, 78, of Lewisville, NC , passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012. He was born November 11, 1934 in Camden County, NJ to Gerolamo and Christina Marie Bonnelli Pontillo. Mr. Pontillo was a veteran of the US Army, and was the owner of Aampro. He attended Freeman Street Baptist Church and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Ella Mae ""Dolly"" Todd Pontillo; 2 daughters, Christine (Ric) Ebert of Lewisville, and Lena (Michael) Pontillo-Gwyn of Pfafftown; 2 sons, Gregory Anthony (Tanya) Pontillo of Clemmons, and Stephen (Barbara) Pontillo of Winston-Salem; 10 grandchildren, Renee Pontillo, Martin Ebert, Suzahn Ebert, Brent Pontillo, Rachael Pontillo, Joshua Pontillo, Kayley Pontillo, Madison Gwyn, Sophia Pontillo, and Autumn Gwyn. Anthony was a devout Christian who loved his church and his family here on earth. He looked forward to being reunited with his family in Heaven. He was especially grateful for the five G's responsible for preserving his life: God, Grote, Gilliland, Graham and Gibbs - the Great Physician and his beloved doctors here on earth. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2012, at Forsyth Memorial Park with Pastor Bob Whitaker and Brother Danny Hauser officiating. There is no stated visitation. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
