TILLOTSON Mrs. Annie Mae Dickerson Tillotson, 91, formerly of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Rainey Hospice in Anderson, SC. She was born February 24, 1921 in Vance County, the daughter of the late, William S. and Nora Vaughn Dickerson. Mrs. Tillotson was a member of Ardmore United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Fellowship Class. Her husband, Rufus C. Tillotson preceded her in death in 1978. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ronnie C. Tillotson in 1994, a great-granddaughter in 1990, four sisters and two brothers. Surviving are one daughter, Barbara Metz and husband, Joseph of Anderson, SC; one daughter-in-law, Louise Dahlen Tillotson of Chattanooga, TN; three grandchildren, Rodney Tillotson and wife, Jodi of Cleveland, TN, Wendy of Chattanooga, TN, and Ann Tillotson of Chattanooga, TN; three step grandchildren, Marty Metz and wife Karen, Robbie Metz and Chris Metz of Greenville, SC; six great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren; one great, great granddaughter; three sisters, Hazel Rhodes and Janet Harper of Graham and Blanch Stainback of Henderson; one brother, Troy Dickerson of Henderson.
