Annie Lewis Soyars Isley

OAK RIDGE- Mrs. Annie Lewis Soyars Isley, 79, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at her home. She was born December 2, 1931 in Rockingham Co. to the late John Henry and Nannie Powers Soyars. Annie was a homemaker and a dedicated caregiver for several elderly family, friends and neighbors. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Claude Isley; and one brother, Bob Soyars. Surviving are her daughter, Claudia Isley and husband, Jimmy Hutcherson of Greensboro; son, Mark Isley and wife, Penny of Stokesdale; and two grandchildren, Carrie and Hannah Isley. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, March 11, 2011 at Moravia Moravian Church Graveyard with Pastor Russ Williams officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at her son's home. Memorials may be made to Moravia Moravian Church 2920 Oak Ridge Rd., Summerfield, NC 27358.
