Anna Sievers

Anna Christine Sievers, 97, died peacefully at her home on March 13, 2022. Born in 1924, Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Louis Sievers and Anna Christine Walgren, and her brothers, Charles R. Sievers and Henry L. Sievers. Anna is survived by her nieces, Priscilla Zambor (Ron) of Southport, NC, Lesley Hadley (Steve) of Leland, NC, and Marianne DeCristo (Jim) of Winston-Salem, NC, and multiple grandnieces and grandnephews. Anna worked as a beautician for 25 years in Irvington, NJ and was later employed by Epstein’s Department Store, Morristown, NJ and at B. Altman’s in Short Hills, NJ., as a salesperson. Anna will long be remembered for her incredibly kind nature, her willingness to help anyone and for her love of family. Her family wishes to thank the staff of Trinity Elms Assisted Living and Trinity Elms Health & Rehab in Clemmons, NC and to Trellis Supportive Care for their dedication to excellent care, especially during the pandemic. Each staff person went above and beyond to provide joy and assistance to our aunt. Per Anna’s request, there will be no public services. Her family will celebrate her life privately.
