Mrs. Anna Evans Myers, 87 of Winston-Salem, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Saturday, January 22 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Myers was born September 23, 1923 in Durham County, NC to the late Doctor Frank and Maggie Lee Morris Evans. Anna was a member of Blaise Baptist Church and was retired from Western Electric after 34 years of service. She loved to counted cross-stitch, as well as cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Surviving to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 67 years, Harvey Wilson Myers, Jr. of the home, a daughter; Lynn M. Cavenaugh, a son, Steven (Steve) R. Myers and wife, Lynne of Winston-Salem, NC, three grandchildren, Dylan Myers, Heather Wright and Joseph Cavenaugh: five great grandchildren, Michael, Makenlee and Marshall Wright and Noah and Natalie Myers. The family will receive from 6-8:00 pm, Monday, January 24, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The Funeral Service will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday, January 25 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel officiated by Rev. Timothy Wolf. Burial will follow in the Westlawn Gardens of
