Angela (Angel) Kaye Marshall was born October 20, 1971, to Michael and Judy Marshall of Winston-Salem. Angel passed away on October 13, 2021, after a relatively short battle with cancer. She is survived by her mom, Judy, her brother Ronnie and her son Steven. Angel also leaves behind some loving friends from a lifetime of being a sweet, kind and loving person. She resided in the Winston-Salem area all her life except for approximately ten years while she lived in Florida to be near her Mom and Brother. Angel was an animal lover. Whether cats, birds, deer or other wildlife. She regularly would feed the many different types of birds near her home with several feeders. While in Florida, Angel learned all about the many different kinds of birds she would spot while driving along the wildlife trails in the area. She always made a point to ride out in late December and wish all the animals a Merry Christmas! Angel was a very caring and loving person to all of her friends and family. She will be missed greatly and will never be forgotten by those who were lucky enough to have known her. All of us who knew Angel take solace in knowing that she now rests peacefully with Jesus Christ. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Parklawn Memorial Park with Pastor Doug Klein officiating. The family asks that everyone wears very casual and comfortable attire. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Flowers are appreciated or donations may be made to Hospice of Stokes County. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
