Mr. Andrew Jan Chrzanowski, 62, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away peacefully after a long battle with congestive heart failure on December 21, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center.  Andrew was born on May 31, 1958 in Newark, NJ to Stanislaw and Marie Chrzanowski.  He was a graduate of Wake Forest University where he was a standout on the WFU Rugby Team and received his MBA from UNC-G.   Andrew worked for the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in NJ for 10 years before moving back to Winston-Salem and going to work for the Pepsi Bottling Group and Cognizant where he worked the past 23 years.   Andrew loved the outdoors and playing sports, he was an accomplished roller bladder and street hockey player.  He loved attending and supporting his alma mater Wake Forest University’s sports teams and had season tickets for football.  Both his parents preceded him in death.  He is survived by his loving brother Vitold Chrzanowski of Washington, DC a favorite cousin Mark Dreszler of Glen Rock, New Jersey, two close and life long friends Colbert Seagraves of Winston-Salem and Frank Vogler of Advance.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Winston-Salem sometime in March or April depending on the status of the pandemic.  He will then be interned with his parents in the Polish Military Cemetery, The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hopewell Moravian Church 701 Hopewell Church Rd.
