Amy Christine Brown

Amy Christine Brown, 33, of Winston-Salem, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 18, 1976 in Forsyth County to Kelly Ray and Deborah Creson Brown. Ms. Brown graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College May 12, 2005 and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa High Honor Society. She was of the Methodist faith. She loved her African Grey Parrot, Nikki and her Ruston Terrior, Bella. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Gaither and Mary Creson; her paternal grandparents, Wadie and James K. Brown; an uncle, James ""Jimmy"" Brown; and a special friend, Brenda Stewart. Surviving is her fianc郩, Jason John Stewart of Germanton; her mother, Debbie Brown of Winston-Salem; her father, Kelly R. Brown and wife Donna of East Bend; an aunt, Susan Moore and husband Joe of Winston-Salem; an aunt, Mary Ruth Brown of East Bend; a very special cousin Kayla M. Creson of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2009 at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery with Chaplain Randy Hillman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Forsyth Humane Society, 61 Miller Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
