Mr. Amick Lee Horn, 28, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 20, 2010. He was born December 5, 1981 in Forsyth County to Amick Michael Horn and Michelle Tutterow Horn. Amick was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and attended Mt. Carmel Church of the Living God. He was employed with Hugh Pfaff Poultry as a truck driver. Surviving are his wife, Estelle Foster Horn; two sons, Nicholas and Jackson Horn; his parents, Mike and Michelle Horn; loving grandparents, David and Sonya Tutterow and Vickie Setzer; one nephew, George Foster, III; his mother-in-law, Della M. Stewart (Larry L. Stewart); his father-in-law, George D. Foster, Sr.; a best friend and brother-in-law, George D. Foster, Jr.; aunt, Connie Mackie (Jr.); two uncles, Terry Tutterow and Brian Horn (Tracy) and numerous cousins. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 23 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Charlie Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a Trust Fund has been set up for Mr. Horn's sons, Nicholas and Jackson.
