Alyne "Sue" Hayes Merry

Mrs. Alyne ""Sue"" Hayes Merry passed away Sunday morning June 21, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Forsyth County on September 3, 1928 to the late Orville Hayes and Pearl Reavis Hayes. Sue is survived by her son Steven Drane of Clemmons, NC; a Brother O. D. ""Red"" Hayes, Jr. (Virginia) of Advance, NC; a Sister Carol Capps of Clemmons, NC; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend and pet ""Buddy"". A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday June 23, 2015 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel with Dr. Randall Lenderman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
