Alonzo Franklin ""Buzz"" Hester, Jr., 65 of WinstonSalem, passed away Thursday April 14, 2016 at his home. He was born on September 29, 1950 in Forsyth County to Alonzo Franklin and Sara Jane South Hester, Sr. Mr. Hester is survived by a son, Michael (Michelle) Hester, two daughters April (Brian) Davis, and Ashley (Wesley) Carter, 11 grandchildren and a soulmate, Barbara. A graveside visitation will be held at 1:30 PM Monday, April 18, 2016 followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Winston-Salem.
