Allison Michelle Holt

Ms. Allison Michelle Holt, 30, of Winston-Salem went to be with the Lord in Heaven on Friday, December 4, 2009. She was born in Forsyth County on October 21, 1979 to Keith Wellons and Deborah Sue Sapp Holt. Allison graduated from Parkland High School where she was a dedicated student, honored by the National Honor Society, and athlete participating on the cheerleading squad and acting as captain of the girl's Mustang soccer team. She graduated from UNCG with a Business Administration Degree and Wake Forest University with a Master of Business Administration. Allison loved to run and was a ""true runner"" participating in many events. She was an active member of Pinedale Christian Church. Allison will be remembered as the joy of her family. She filled their home with laughter and was an eternal jokester. Her competitive nature and winning spirit was admired by many. Allison's true love was being a mother to her three children. She will be missed by many, especially by her family and her parents. Allison was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Walter Sapp, Jr. She is survived by her parents of Winston-Salem; three children, Benjamin Holt, Nathaniel Isaac, and Hannah Michelle all of the home; two sisters, April Henighan and husband Josh of Fort Mill, SC and Ashley Holt of Winston-Salem; two nephews, L.J and Caleb Henighan; paternal grandparents, Jack and Edna Holt of Winston-Salem; maternal grandmother Bettye Jo Sapp of Winston-Salem; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, December 7, 2009 at Pinedale Christian Church with the Rev. Bill McKenzie and Rev. David Jones officiating with special speaker Karen Koontz. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the church.
