Mrs. Aline Lavern Hamm Page, 73, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born April 7, 1941 in Wilkes County to Frank Roger and Rose Lee Shumate Hamm. Mrs. Page was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church where she was a prayer leader. She was a loving mother and sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Page, Sr. Surviving are five daughters, Tammy Frye and husband David, Ashley Page, Kayla Page, Marlene Maldonado,and Peggy Yontz; two sons, Hadley Hollar ""Chuck"" and Grant Page and wife Darla; five grandchildren, Brittany, Nathan, Johnathan, Katrina and Seth; four great grandchildren, Cole, Rylee, Payton and Chloe; four sisters, Pauline, Mildred, Judy and Grace. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Union Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Harris and the Rev. T.W. Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Union Grove Baptist Church, 2295 Union Grove Road, Lexington, NC 27295. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
