Alice England Hendrix

Mrs. Alice England Hendrix, 82, passed away Tuesday July 26, 2022, at Clemmons Village II in Clemmons. She was born in Forsyth Co. on May 31, 1940, the daughter of the late George Dewey England and Pansey Victoria Ramsey England. Mrs. Hendrix will always be remembered as a fun loving cut up who was always laughing. She loved flowers, loved to shop and collect old dishes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Hendrix; five brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by two daughters, April Ware (Marcus) and Scarlet Andrews (Kris); one sister, Edith Helms; one brother, Ken England (Carmaine); and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A private service will be conducted at Rural Hall Memorial Park. Memorial may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or to a local animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
