Alene D. Caddell

Our beloved mother, Alene D. Caddell passed away peacefully on March 13, 2016 at her home. Alene was born in Berkley County, SC on September 13, 1931. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawton L. Caddell. She is survived by her three children, Connie Foster and husband Kenny of Clemmons, Glenn Caddell and wife Teresa of Roanoke, VA, and Lana Caddell of the home. Grandchildren; Scott Sheets and wife Heather of Winston-Salem, and Christine Rutledge; twelve great grandchildren; and five siblings of SC. She loved her family dearly and was a devoted and caring mother to her special needs daughter, Lana. She was a member of Winston-Salem First Assembly of God for many years and loved her Lord and Savior. Now she is resting in his arms. Funeral services will be held at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel at 2:00 pm on March 15, 2016 with Pastor Daniel Spainhour and Pastor Elwood Rakes officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
