Albert Robert Doran

Mr. Albert R. ""Bob"" Doran, 82, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away at his home on Saturday, April 22, 2017 after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Albert R. and Marjorie Doran and was a native of Jacksonville, Fl. Mr. Doran retired from Farm Credit Administration. His career spans many years in banking and finance. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served in the Korean Conflict and a member of the Christian Church. Mr. Doran is survived by his wife, Ann Tucker Doran of Winston-Salem, NC; one son, Robert Tucker Doran and wife Mindy of Soddy-Daisy, TN; a sister, Sue Diefenbruch of Jacksonville, FL as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. However, in lieu of flowers the family desires memorials be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
