Albert Tucker Day Sr.

Mr. Albert Tucker Day Sr. passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010 at his home. He was born February 13, 1927 in Forsyth County to the late Thomas Franklin Day and Rebert Talley Day. Mr. Day proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from the USPS and WS/FCS as a mail carrier. In addition to his parents, Mr. Day was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Howard Day. Surviving are his wife, Louella Poteat Day; four children, Albert T. Day Jr. (Karen), Eddie Day (Sandy), Debbie Williams (Billy) and Randy Day (Debbie); also six grandchildren. There will be a private service held for the family. Memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
