Ainsleigh Annemarie Lewis

Infant Ainsleigh Annemarie Lewis, 11 months, of Winston-Salem, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at her home. She was born June 22, 2011 in Forsyth County to Kevin Lewis and Katie Rider. Ainsleigh loved bubbles, dancing, and was a courageous fighter. She will be missed by all of those whom her life touched in such a brief period of time on this earth. Surviving are her parents of Winston-Salem; a brother, Tyler Lee Lewis of Ohio; three sisters, McKenzie Mae Marie Lewis, Alexies Eriona Lewis, both of Ohio and Cordelia Treasure Nicole Lewis of Winston-Salem; her maternal grandparents, Kimberly McKinnie and companion Richard Woods of Smithfield, and Roger Rider of West Virginia; her paternal grandparents, Reb Harbin of Lewisville, Nicole Harbin of Raleigh and Mike Lewis of Ohio; several aunts, uncles, and many extended family members. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Lead Servant, Chris Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brenner Children's Hospital, Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27157.
