Tyron Wells

Kernersville – Mr. Tyron Wells, 77, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Kernersville Medical Center. Tyron was born on April 17, 1941 in Liberty County, GA to Troy Solomon Wells and Luddie Mae Mobley Wells. Tyron was a member of Kernersville Friends Meeting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth Davis Wells, five brothers; Robert, Elbert, Ned, Oscar, Harry, and a sister, Mary Wells.

Surviving are; three sons, Eddy (Cammie), David (Tammy), and Terry (Jane) Wells,  eight grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and two sisters; Weida Ray, and Allie Whittle.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Kernersville Friends Meeting with Dr. Jerry Gibbons officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
