Sue Miller

Mrs. Sue Carter Miller, 74, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022.  She was born August 1, 1947, in Forsyth County to the late Hubert and Pansy Carter.  Sue had a passion for many things, specifically reading, the beach, and most of all her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she enjoyed spoiling.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Kiger.  Sue is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Jerry Wayne Miller; three daughters: Tracey culler (Allen), Kelly White (Michael), and Shannon McKernan (Mark); three grandchildren: Jordan White, Kaitlyn McKernan, and Luke McKernan; and brother, David Carter (Nancy).  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html or the Wounded Warriors Project at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate .
