Michael Mozingo

Kernersville- Mr. Michael “Jason” Mozingo, 43, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 2, 1978 in Guilford County to Marsha Diane Johnson and the late Michael Dennis Mozingo. He was a loving husband and father who deeply loved his family and God. Michael was a smart, hardworking man, who was always seeking knowledge, and loved to help others.

In addition to his father, Jason was preceded in death by his stepfather David Lee Samuels.

He is survived by his loving wife, Parker Young Mozingo, his four children: Michael Nolan Mozingo, William Foster Mozingo, Alaina Jane Goins, and Ansley Bennett Gates, one sister, Sandy Mozingo, one brother, Shane Bell, a niece, Emilee Carter, one Aunt, Terri Teague, and his cousin, Kim Mozingo.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Kerwin Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel Hawtree officiating.
