Judith Hinrichs

Mrs. Judith “Judy” Bailey Hinrichs age 66, passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Savior on Friday, May 24, 2019. Judy is survived by her husband of 40 years Scott Hinrichs of Mocksville, NC; her daughters Erin Ragan (Joseph) of Statesville, NC and Sarah Guck(Brian) of Midland, TX; her six grandchildren Evelyn, Piper, Poppy, Anna, Peyton, and Charlie; and her brothers Jack Bailey (Karin) of Lyons, NY, Jim Bailey(Mary) of Menasha, WI, and John Bailey (Annette) of Walworth, NY; as well as nephews, nieces and cousins. Judy is preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Bailey.  Judy was born in Fort Worth, TX and grew up in Rochester, NY. She then moved to Hamlin, NY where she raised a family and made many wonderful memories before relocating to Mocksville, NC.  Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. Judy treasured her grandchildren who knew her as “Nonny.” An active member of church she loved singing. Judy also enjoyed knitting, vacations at the beach and rooting for the Yankees. She was a very hard worker and will truly be missed by many.  A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel in Advance, NC by Rev. Marty Ramey.   The family will receive friends following the service.
