Joy Hoffman

Joy Robin Anderson Hoffman, 52, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at her home.

Joy was born on May 19, 1966 to the late Ned and Joyce Ludwig Anderson in Lane County, Oregon. She graduated from High School in Oregon and studied Medical Billing at the University of Phoenix. Joy was a member of First Christian Church of Clemmons.

Joy was an animal lover and cared for her four dogs all which she loved and adored. She also enjoyed spending time with her husband of 17 years, James “Jim” Hoffman.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving family includes her husband, Jim Hoffman; one daughter, Shannon Anderson of Anchorage, Alaska; two brothers; two sisters; and four beloved fur babies.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at First Christian Church of Clemmons with Rev. Bob McCaskill officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
