Holland Roland

Mr. Holland Link Roland, 56, of Mocksville passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at his home.  He was born February 6, 1964 in Forsyth County to Holland and Betty Anderson Roland.  Surviving is his wife, Lynn Roland; his son, Caleb Roland (Morgan) and his daughter, Madison Roland (Jerry Cooper), brother, Luke Roland (Rochel) and sister, Scarlett Capps.  Link Roland, lover of life, lover of God, family, Bella Luna (his dog), friends, Thomas Built Bus Family and last but not least his golf buddies.  Link was a blessing to whomever he came in contact with whether he knew you for five minutes or five years.  His calling in life was to lift up and encourage others.  He had compassion and love for all people.  He could take an angry soul and have them laughing in minutes.  He was always the first to apologize or make amends.  He was never afraid to admit he was wrong.  Link gave his all to the life God blessed him with.  Making lemonade out of lemons every day.  He had a strong everlasting faith that has landed him in the most beautiful peaceful place.  His love for his family was precious and unmatched.  His spirit lives on through his wife and children and certainly through his first grandchild, Tyler Link Cooper, expected September 7th.  The Roland family are requesting no flowers but if you would like to send blessings to honor Link, there is a go fund me page set up for his children and grandson.  The family of Link would like to thank all for the love, prayers and support.  Online condolences may be made to www.hayworth-miller.com
