Betty Woosley

Mrs. Betty Jean Coe Woosley, Beloved mother and wife passed in the early hours of January 9, 2019. She was 81 years of age. Betty was born on October 4, 1937 in Surry County, NC and is survived by her husband Roger H. Woosley, their daughter Beth Woosley Bailey, her eldest sister, Fayrene Coe Doss, younger brother and sister, Ralph Coe and Geraldine Coe Draughn as well as several nieces and a nephew along with several great nieces and great nephew.  Betty was a member of First Christian Church of Clemmons and was a living example of God's love on earth. She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father, Mae Wolfe Coe and Parry Coe. Betty will always be with us and her love will never fade from our hearts. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at First Christian Church of Clemmons with Pastor Bob McCaskill officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Christian Church of Clemmons, 6131 Frye Bridge Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012 or Charity of the donor’s choice.
